Which VIVAMA panel is the smallest?
SOL is the compact panel: 300 × 290 × 60 mm. AURA is 530 × 300 × 60 mm and CIRA is 1010 × 300 × 60 mm. Allow extra space for the stand and positioning.
Can I order delivery in Hong Kong?
Yes. VIVAMA accepts Hong Kong delivery addresses. Check the current checkout details before payment. Overseas delivery is not offered through the current checkout.
Can I ask questions in Cantonese?
Yes. WhatsApp support is available in Cantonese and English at +852 4402 6155.
Is a bigger panel automatically more effective?
No. Size affects coverage and space requirements. Effectiveness also depends on device output, dose, positioning and the intended use; size alone does not establish results.
Are closed eyes enough protection?
Do not assume so from a photograph. Follow the model-specific manual for eye protection and safe positioning.
Does a 20-minute programme mean results in 20 minutes?
No. For SOL, the Skincare preset is one 20-minute programme with two consecutive light stages. Programme duration is not a promise of treatment results.
Do the cited skincare studies prove VIVAMA results?
No. They provide background evidence about the specific devices and protocols tested. VIVAMA model-specific clinical results are not presented in these guides.
Where can I check price, warranty and returns?
Use the current product page, Support and purchase terms. Prices, availability and order totals should be confirmed before paying.
