Bought it for a surgery scar on my calf. Six weeks in it's flatter than months of cream, zan hai. Also my dog now owns the floor in front of it for his hips and I wait. The goggles are basically sunglasses, which is a cool touch — I just put them on and sit. No fiddling with a strap.

Use it after CrossFit in Sheung Wan, mostly on my quads. Panel is fine in a small Mid-Levels flat, no brick of an adapter. The power lead is short. Mine only reaches if the panel sits basically against the socket.

Finished the MacLehose Sunday. Normally Monday I go down stairs sideways. That night I sat with the panel on my knees and Monday was just 冇咁痛 (not as sore) instead of the full limp. Downhills still sting. Not gone.

Restless legs have wrecked my sleep for years. Twenty minutes with this before bed and they actually settle. The stand is stiff the first few times you tilt it, like it needs wearing in. After that I leave it by the bed.

light itself is fine, promenade loop stiffness is better next day. didnt clock how heavy it is until i tried moving the stand across the room. awkward to shift once its set up. three stars for that alone.
